Desperate need of eye cream!

I have been using Lancome Genifique Yeux and it's not working anymore! DS hasn't been sleeping well, going to bed around 12:30 and then we are up at 6:30 for work. We are slowing getting him to bed 30 minutes early but we're still going to bed around 11:30.

Help!!! I need good eye cream to get rid of the circles and bags under my eyes.
