FET timing

I had my first morning monitoring and started estrogen for our FET today! Right now I am on 1 oral estrace tablet AM and 1 PM. I go back on Tuesday for another MM appt and I believe they will increase me to 2 AM and 2 PM. My nurse said that the transfer (Day 5 embryo) is usually 2.5-3 weeks from the CD 3 start of estrogen (today). If you did an FET does that sound like the timing your cycle followed? I always responded much faster than normal to stims but I am assuming I'll probably follow more closely to the normal schedule for my FET since it's different hormones. I wasn't suppressed so I don't know if that will change the timing of the cycle at all.

IVF with ICSI= BFP! EDD 11/25/11
3/18- Beta #1 452! 3/20- Beta #2 1,026!! 3/27- First u/s- TWINS!
Our twin boys arrived at 36w5d due to IUGR and a growth discordance

FET: Medicated FET moved up to 5/23 due to ovulation
Transferred a 6BB hatched blastocyst- genetically normal female embryo
BFP! 5/28- 5dp6dt      
6/1 Beta #1- 223! 6/3 Beta #2- 567!

    It looks like your protocol is different, I did Lupron cycles.  But my transfer was on day 20 after I started estrogen so 2.5-3 weeks sounds about right.  They were able to give me my transfer date the day I went in for my baseline though.

    That sounds right. I started estrogen for this FET on April 25th and my transfer is scheduled for May 14th, so about 2.5 weeks.

    I think with my FETs I started progesterone around CD14-15 and then transferred a few days after that (d3 transfer) so for a d5 transfer, 2-3 weeks from the start makes sense. They'll basically time things around how long it takes your lining to thicken. Good luck!!
    IUIs #1-3 (1x unmedicated, 2x Clomid) = 2 BFNs, 1 m/c at 7w3d
    IUIs #4-6 (injects) = 3 BFNs
    IVF #1 = BFN
    FET #1 = BFN
    FET #2 = BFN
    IVF #2 = BFP, b/g twins lost at 20w due to partial abruption/PPROM
    IVF #3 = c/p 5w2d
    Long-shot Clomid/Prednisone cycle before next IVF = BFP, our beautiful, healthy girl born 6/26/13!
