Since we have so many going through growth spurts and various other forms of kiddo hell, I figured it might cheer people up to be able to share their accomplishments lately. Doesn't matter how small you think it is!

For me, my little gremlin has started enjoying her swing, and tonight I finally managed to nip a shower that I didn't have to wait until DH got home from work at 2:30am for! Clean hair and shaved pits, woo! :P

I took LO and my dog for a mile long walk to the post office and back! LO started crying in the stroller and I had to switch to a carrier but we did it

it felt good to get outside.

After weeks of LO only sleeping for 45 min- 1 hour at a time, she just gave me the gift of a 3.5 hour stretch tonight! Although I'm still not sleeping like my old self since her coos wake me, I'm thrilled we're heading in a positive sleep direction.

Other win, DH got to spend some quality time with LO after he got home from work today. Although I'm tired, it was so nice to cook dinner in peace knowing that LO was being all cute and cuddly with DH in the other room rather than fussing non-stop. It made DH so happy and it was touching to see them bond. :x

Cooking a descent meal after eating sandwiches for weeks.
I made chicken, rice and a nice salad while LO was asleep. It was the best meal I had in weeks.

Took the 3 older kids for a bike ride after dinner and LO in the stroller. Success! First cry/scream free evening we have ever had.

DS and I visited DH at work AND made it to two grocery store this afternoon - we had a very calm morning and afternoon (the evening did a complete 180... But we're only talking victories, right?!)

LO put on 3lbs in her 1st month (discharged at 7lb9oz, now 10lb13oz). That's the victory dance I get for going along with all the eating she's been doing. It has to slow down now and I might measure consecutive sleep in hours rather than minutes.

Got two nights in a row with her sleeping 5 hours straight.

Only 4lbs from my pre-pregnancy weight. That's a big deal because I lost 30lbs right before getting pregnant then gained a little over 30lbs during pregnancy. Now I feel a lot more motivated to get back into clean eating and working out. Would love to shed another 30lbs this year.

DS seems to be adjusting to having a baby sister better each day.

DH went back to work this week and I've done pretty well on my own.

I survived my first day/night alone with LO while DH went outta town to visit friends directly from work. Day was great, night was horrible, but I made it through and didn't even cry!!

DS has been sleeping in his crib which is a huge victory for me. It's usually just from 11-2 and 3-5 but I'll take it considering he's only 2 weeks old!!

My DD has been sleeping in our room the last 4 weeks. This week ice started having her nap in her crib. Monday she stayed in there for 10 mins, Tuesday 20 mins & yesterday an hour & a half!!!! I showered, folded laundry AND made a cup of coffee! She also slept 4 hours last night from 11:50-3:50! Awesome!!!!

Clean vegan eating has been easy (I still have a lot of weight to lose but maybe this will help) My three week old is almost the size of a newborn. I don't know if she'll ever catch up, but at least she is growing. And I'm pretty proud about how well I can handle her screaming fits when everyone else loses their minds and runs away. It takes a lot to get me frazzled, and it certainly wouldn't help if I was.

Took care of my 2.5 year old and my 5 week old for 4 nights completely solo while my husband went to a conference. I'm used to caring for the kids on my own since he works crazy hours, but I didn't realize all the little things he does so I can do that - garbage, dogs, tidying up etc!

I have (almost) gotten through 2 work weeks with a 4 week old and a 21 month old. It has been hard but we are all still alive.

I'm still breastfeeding a few times a day (mostly unsuccessfully) and pumping. I haven't given up. Every day is an accomplishment for us when it comes to feeding.

I packed away my maternity clothes.

Cora is sleeping in 3 hour stretches instead of 1-2 hours at a time, and I got my first on purpose baby smile this week.

I got a haircut! Left baby with dad and was back home in 30 minutes. He had a pumped bottle on standby, but she's still sleeping in her swing, hooray. First half hour I've had completely to myself since she was born.

I managed to put the kids laundry away today while Dd has been napping in her bassinet. And now I'm chilling on my bed with the iPad waiting for her to wake up.

Last night both of the kids passed out at the same time and I was able to paint my nails for the first time in forever!!! It's crazy how something so small can make you feel like a new woman

LO and I attended big sis's pre-k graduation (on time!) and he slept through the whole thing. I was afraid he'd start wailing and I'd be asked to leave, but we made it through! So proud of all 3 of us

DS slept from 930 to 230 and again from 330 to 6 which is amazing considering the night before he stayed up for almost three hours crying between 230 and 5. It was amazing!

I fit into and zipped and buttoned my pre pregnancy jeans. 4 weeks pp. I also got a nice shower and even shaved my legs today while LO napped this morning. I'm feeling pretty fantastic.

My victory for today was getting LO ready and out to visit my husband's office. Which meant: fed, diapered, hair washed, body wiped down, cute outfit put on, extra long pump session, and clothes on myself. I felt pretty good!

He was alert but quiet the whole visit while getting passed from woman to woman. And then he fell asleep just in time for Mommy to hit up Frappy Hour at Starbucks and actually sit inside the store and enjoy it all!

DD cluster fed all night last night. She finally went to sleep at 4 am. And was back up from 7 to 10 but not cluster feeding! I've gotten to shower, sleep, eat, take her to an appointment and have a meeting with my boss. 4.5 weeks left of maternity leave.

I received a boba wrap as an early Mother's Day present and successfully wore dd today. I always thought I wasn't savvy enough to really do that kind of thing but I did it. In a related victory I got to actually eat dinner with my family instead of watching them eat. Also on a related note I got to have dd off her monitor most of the day with our pedis blessing. She was only on it while I showered and she'll go back on it before we go to bed. .

We went to Subway for supper! LO sat contentedly in her car seat the whole time and then behaved for my sister long enough for me and DH to get a 2hr nap!

I just discovered the magic spell to put LO to sleep. Washing machine on spin cycle, and lawn mower outside the window.

Our lawn is going to be meticulous this summer.

I went out shopping with LO and DH for the first time! She slept while in BRU, I nursed her in the car while DH ran into Target, and she was awake and content sucking on her pacifier while at the grocery store :-). There is hope I won't be a recluse, after all.

Isn't it the best thing ever? We went to Target today and it felt awesome to just be out of the house.

@rtv3‌ - YES! It's sad to think about this, but I'm pretty sure I hadn't been in a CAR in about two weeks. Granted, I've taken walks with LO and gotten out of the house, but I still felt like this today when I joined civilization:

"Up where they walk, up where they run..."

Not so much my victory as my boobs' victory, but still: pre-preg jeans fit at two weeks PP. Not the same, and the waistband digs a bit after awhile, but they were on and buttoned! And the wedding ring is back on! Still not rocking the engagement because I keep catching it while breastfeeding, but I'm super happy to have my band back on.

DH and I went on a real date for our anniversary last night. Dinner and a movie while my parents watched all three kiddos. Had milk pumped, and it was so wonderful to have some alone time with DH.
