Anyone else's LO still not smiling? She will be 8 weeks tomorrow. She was born at 36w 5d. I will bring it up to her pedi next week.

Mine just started smiling yesterday. And as others have said, you have to account for the adjusted age.

My twins were 36w 6d and my little guy just started smiling at 11 weeks but even at 12 weeks they are still rare. Don't be sad, just remember that there is a really wide range of normal and babies will reach milestones at different times.

Good to ask your pedi. With DD1 she didn't smile for a while, as well. But don't worry- she is 2.5 now and has more than caught up!
