    I thought Shea because she's the last one people would suspect, and maybe her thinking was, if I get rid of Joffery then Tyrion wouldn't beholden to the family and they could run off together while they were investigating Joffery's murder.  Or if he Tyrion was arrested, like he was, she had a plan to break him free.  I think if anyone would help her it would had been Little Finger (for a price) or Varys. He seems to like Tyrion.  

    Bren's brother, do you mean as in the Maury link or in the show?

    Bren had Osha (the wilding that tried to kill Bren) take the younger brother and they are traveling to one of the Stark's allies.  They haven't focused on them for a while though.
