it's so hard for me to get here during the day but I like to browse whenever I have a few min like now. I find so much value and comfort in these threads because OAD/fence sitting can be pretty frustrating and hard sometimes! anyways, how about a GTKY since I have a few min before bed??

your favorite boards on TB. which ones do you participate the most in, which ones do you like to lurk in?

mine: I like this board, the 35+ pg board (not sure if I'm trying to feed any sort of baby fever or find reassurance in knowing that pg does, indeed, suck), and sometimes name boards (I feel one quick scroll is fine though).

how about you guys?

SAHM is kinda my home board. I post there and here the most.

I post on the names boards, too, but sporadically.

I also post on Working Moms. I browse Parenting After 35, Pre-School, and Toddlers 24+ but rarely have anything to say.

I think of the BNB as my home board- I post the most there, but this place is a close second.

I also am a sometimes poster on Parenting.

I lurk/ occasionally post on BOTB, Baby Showers and Tri Boards.

This is the only board I really post one. I like to lurk on working moms as a lot of good discussion that relates to me as a working mom but feel OAD is a bit more intimate for some reason. Kind of feel they were already in a groove over there but I was "in" on this one pretty much since it really started to pick up.

For all of you still in your BMB with 2 yo+ kids, didn't your bmb get erased or soemthing? I thought I heard about the September 11 board getting erased so everyone had to move to FB. or something.

My BMB moved on its own to FB within the first few months after everyone was born, since it's so much more mobile friendly and who could sit at a computer any more? I haven't checked my BMB here in months and months.

Edit: It's still there, and older than Sept 11, but very inactive.

This is my home board, but I post occasionally on high risk and health & exercise. I lurk on working mom's and sometimes look at TTGP because it has funny drama. I'm also a huge lurker on another board/site that has to do with familial relationship management. I don't know our rules here on talking about offisite boards.

I find it pretty good, and not too much snark. I have been a working mom for 8 years and it is interesting to see the experiences others have.

I lurk here a lot and post sometimes. I post fairly often on breastfeeding and some on Jan 13 (my BMB) and Feb 13 (was due in Feb). I also post every once in awhile on Working Moms, Toddlers 12 to 24 months, and Attachment Parenting but lurk on those boards daily.

omigosh thank you that's so nice to hear, I know I float in and out and I feel like I never could get the hang of the boards! I feel like that with a lot of the women here, especially after reading the feminism thread.

I would consider this my home board. I occasionally pop into Food Allergy, Special Needs, my BMB, and my local, but post very infrequently on any of those.

I admit I lurk on a lot of boards for the funny drama but only if it's funny. I hate the arguing-for-the-sake-of-arguing/sanctimommy/super-pc-so-everything-is-therefore-an-outrage boards.

This is pretty much my home board now but I infrequently post on Working Moms and Toddlers 24+. I lurk Baby Names mostly to see what horrible Facebook names people have encountered but also just because I enjoy names/etymology.

This is now my home board.

My past home boards followed the titles, MC/PL to TTCAL, to PGAL, to PAL.

I lurk on Toddlers 24+, Csections, PPD, Working Moms and only post if I have something to offer an OP, I rarely start threads anywhere but here.

My main boards are Breastfeeding, March 2012, and here.

I occasionally lurk Attachment Parenting and scroll through Food Allergy for anything MSPI-related. Every now and then I check out the Toddlers boards but I usually forget they're there!
