  All of this. 38w5d here too. I am so effing miserable, uncomfortable, awful
  Headaches, worst mood of my life! This baby needs to come out or I may have a freaking breakdown!

  Due Saturday and I've felt this way for weeks. I feel like a bad person for saying I just want her out but truly everything hurts. How am I supposed to patiently let her cook when she is pushing her way out of my chest cavity? Does she not understand she is supposed to go down and out?

  Today I'm 40+3, and yesterday was
  my 40 week check-up. Peanut is in the +1 position, and I'm having tons of contractions, but a pattern has yet to emerge. I'm 70% effaced but 0% dilated, and my mucus plug is 100% intact. Apparently, my cervical security rivals that of Ft. Knox.
  
  If Peanut doesn't come by then, we will most likely be induced on Monday. Please send all your good juju for a healthy and natural labor. You ladies all have good juju from me as well.

  I feel like my lo is trying to come out my butt.I tthink he has his holes confused. I am also ready to get this show on the road.
