I feel like an idiot. I can't freaking tell what is going on with my body lately.
I feel like I'm having a lot of BH contractions today, not really painful, just kind of uncomfortable. They are hard to time because they don't really hurt, so it's hard to tell when the start and end. It almost feels like LO is just pushing on my stomach from the inside a lot. But all of a sudden I have this constant back ache.
Is it possible that I'm only feeling contractions in my back? Or that the back ache is tied to the BH contractions at all? I had a couple of real contractions on Sunday night (intense, burning pain in my abdomen) and this doesn't feel anything like those ones.
I am half tempted to call my OB's office, but I know the first question they will ask is "how far apart" the contractions are, and for the life of me, I can't tell! I really don't feel like I'm in labour at all, except back pain seems to be a common sign ...

Haha, I worried this too. But it's unlikely that you won't know. The first time, I'd had so many BH for so many weeks I wasn't convinced i would know. My OB assured me I would and it was absolutely obvious.
