What's up with my signature editor?

When I go to edit my soggy like I always have, all it does is give me these options (<>) . Everything else is non-clickable. I can't add photos or links.... I just can't click on the option. Help, please?

I'm on an iPad so idk if a different browser is possible. Ugh this is frustrating

I would like to be able to change it when the LO arrives. I don't want to be 170 weeks pregnant lol . I've always been able to edit it on my iPad.
