  I have a few;

  - Rotisserie chicken with a salad.

  - Spaghetti w/ meat balls and garlic bread.

  - Spinach quiche w/ cornmeal crust (DS loves this)

  Pancakes from the freezer!  (I make big batches ahead of time and keep them in there.)
  If it's just me, rice noodles, frozen veggies, frozen shrimp if I have it, and broth simmered in a pot.  Insta-soup.

  I eat god old PB&J is it's just me and the boy. If it's DH too we have to have meat, so I make this stuffed pizza bread thingy.
