Do you literally POAS?

This might seem like a silly question, but do you prefer to POAS or pee in a cup and dip the stick in there? I'm always paranoid that I'm not going to be able to pee enough or that not enough gets on the stick, lol. I think I want to do the cup thing next time just to be extra sure, lol.

Haha! At home, I PIAC (pee in a cup) then dip. If any of you gals out there have the accuracy to pee on a wondfo, I need to hear about it! Such a small target, I imagine myself trying and peeing all over my hand and saturating the whole strip! On the store tests, I still dip so I don't have to worry about peeing the correct number of seconds or missing the stick. Away from home, I too pee in the wondfo wrapper and dip in that. Learned that neat little trick from reading here on 3T!

@NariaDreaming‌ Haha, nice. Never thought about peeing in the wrapper and then dipping. I have a glass I use as a pee cup. Looking forward to the day when I can throw it out.

I haven't thought of peeing in the wrapper either. I use a cup for the wondfos and POAS with the store bought ones

I have a box of Dixie cups under my bathroom sink for my Wondfos, other tests, I pee on the stick.

I don't know what a wondfo looks like but I am in awe of the wrapper thing haha! I just buy FRER when it's time which is partly how I'm able to hold out almost the whole 2ww... I can't afford not to, lol.

I always pee in a cup at home because by the time I'm actually effing allowed to pee I have to go so bad that when I pee ON the stick it sprays (sorry tmi). At work I pee in a tiny med cup but that's a great idea to use the wrapper!

Yeah, peeing in the Wondfo wrapper really is an art, and one I have not yet mastered. I pee all over that thing the one (or two or five) time(s) I have tried.

I POAS with FRERs, but I am also considering going with the cup method next time.

@nariadreaming and @chicory Peeing in the wondfo wrapper - GENIUS - it causes me quite a bit of stress to nonchalantly bring a random empty mug or cup to the bathroom down the call from my classroom a few days a month...Thank you for the idea! You have just returned the excitement to my OPK testing!

I'm a dipper. At home, I use a little plastic cup. I always feel like I'm 'wasting' good pee if I don't pee in that thing first thing in the morning. It's such a habit for me now.

At work, I too, am a wondfo wrapper pee ninja. The first few times were an embarrassing failure. But, I determined and persevered. The things we will do in the name of getting knocked up.

ETA: I used to pee on the actual stick when I was still buying regular tests. I've limited myself to Wondfos only, because I spent a crazy amount of money on my pee stick addiction.

I have a box of dixie cups under the sink, I pee in a cup and dip. I'm always afraid I won't get enough on there if I try to just pee on the stick.

I've never mastered peeing in a package. I had to once on vacation in a gas station bathroom and peed all over my hand. Heck half the time I still pee on my hand holding a cup, I don't pee straight all the time. My husband thought I was nuts peeing at the gas station to test, but I was close to ovulation and it was a 10hr drive, I had to catch my surge.

So I don't actually pee on the stick, I dip in the cup.

I always PIAC, especially with HPTs in case I question it and want to retest. I will boast that I also mastered the peeing in the tiny pouch but I've only done it for OPKs, fortunately I've been at home to test with HPTs so my nice big red solo cup it is!

I usually PIAC then dip. Then I can count to five and watch the absorbent part. If you use Walmart tests they provide little cups and droppers since you have to put 3 drops of pee in the cartridge. That's always kind of fun.

HOLY CRAP! I never even thought to use the Wondfo wrapper, you guys are genius! I have typically always PIAC simply because it is less complicated when I'm sleepy in the morning and can control it better, lol. When we first started using Wondfos last summer I bought a giant pack of little plastic cups from amazon for like $4 and those things are still going strong!

This is a dumb question, but you pee in the wrapper, dip, and then let the test develop, right? Then you dump the pee out, but isn't the wrapper still kinda wet? Does the trash end up uriney? (do I just have really gross pee?)

I pee in a highball glass that lives in my bathroom at home, but this wrapper business has me intrigued!

You're already holding the packet in one hand, so I I usually just dump it out in the toilet and immediately wrap it in a kleenex or something. This also coincides with me trying to be discreet, as I usually only pee in the wrapper when I'm away from home, so I prefer to wrap it up so it's not just in the garbage for anyone to see (ex. at my ILs)

I always PIAC and dip, or use the package and dip. I'm another one for wanting to save that urine just in case I feel like I need to test again (which I've done when a wondfo gives me iffy results). Way back in the day when we first started trying, I POAS once and ended up with more on my hand than on the stick.....never again.

With wondfos I piac I had a huge bag of little cups I bought for Jell-O shots that now have a new purpose ..... With bigger tests i pee right on it

I dip. I've peed all over a test before so I don't bother doing that. Also the tests I get at the dollar store use a dropper so with those I have to use a dixie cup. I've tried the wrapper too but I've peed on my hand while doing that. Still got enough for the test but wasn't happy about a pee covered hand!

But for the most part now, I don't bother testing (got tired of BFNs) But if I've used ovidrel I test it out and then stop.
