I'm thankful I have a flexible job and that DH and I can work our schedules so that the kids have shorter days in daycare. I'm thankful for happy and healthy kids. I'm thankful for my DH who is my best friend.
I'm thankful for a family member who provides daycare for my baby (and a discount!) and for a job that will allow me to have summers with him at home. I'm also very thankful for my mom- we have gotten so close after a very tough year.
Met & fell in love in '02 l Married in '10
Our first is in Heaven- we said goodbye in September 2012
I'm thankful for my DH who woke up with DD this morning without me having to ask and let me sleep in til almost 10(!!!) I couldn't believe it when I checked the clock.
I'm thankful for the sunshine we've been getting - our warm spring is finally fully here!
I'm thankful for DD - even though her sleep seems to be regressing lately and she was up every 2 hours last night, overall she's such a sweet and easy baby
I have another. I am thankful that my grandpa lives so close and is retired so he can go to appointments with me so I don't have to drop them off with FIL.
I'm so thankful for my support system, I couldn't have made it through this last year without them. I'm also so thankful for DS fighting like he did to be here with us!
I am thankful for chocolate, I don't think I would survive one single day without a piece, even if it's a few chocolate covered raisins(my fav. ) No really, ha ha, I'm so very thankful to have such a supportive and loving family including my husband. I can't thank my mom enough for all the help she has giving me while I was on maternity leave. Don't think I would of survived without her. I'm also thankful for a healthy and happy baby boy!!
A little late but I am thankful that DD and I were able to travel with my husband for his grandmother's memorial service. His family has been nothing but terrible and seeing them in action makes me so glad he doesn't have to go through this alone. He hasn't seen this part of his family in over a year and yet they are basically ignoring him, so DD and I have been creating things to keep him amused and distracted. He's such a wonderful DH and has been amazing with our daughter from day 1, I can only reason that he got his positive traits from a very distant relative!
I am also thankful for my ability (so far) to pretend to be nice and keep my mouth shut. Not sure that will continue but... I'm TRYING.
Re: Thankful Thursday
I am thankful that my mom lives close so we can go shopping all the time.
I'm also so thankful for DS fighting like he did to be here with us!
