Alright ladies, what do you do when the big bad allergy man strikes? I think I remember hearing that allergy meds dry up your milk so that's a no go. I also don't want this to turn into a full fledged sick disaster.

many allergy medicines even have an infant/children's version, so it is clear that they are safe for kids to ingest, and the amount that actually makes it into your milk is miniscule.
i have taken singulair while BFing, after my pediatrician said it was okay. claritin, zyrtec, allegra-- all should be fine. nasal sprays are fine because they are localized.
