*I apologize for not being on time with check-ins the last several weeks. We are moving this weekend and hubby's dad is in the hospital with a really bad kidney infection, pnuemonia and he is on the ventilator.
Congratulations to MinaE01 on the birth of her son Max! He was born at 36 weeks, but no NICU time! He weighed 5lbs. 6oz. and was 18 inches long.So happy for another take home baby!
Congratulations to Bluebird2318 on the birth of her son Dorian Alexander! He was born at 40w1d weighing 8lbs. 7 oz. and 22 inches long! Yay for take home baby!

I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.
Had my A/S today. Baby looks awesome. Tech commented on how active baby was and I laughed because she was preaching to the choir lol.
We also found out that we are having a BOY! The twins are going to make great little mommies to their baby brother.
I hope DH and I can agree on a name. He wants his name as the baby's name... like his father.. I want my son to have his own name.

@rslhmg I completely understand! Everyone basically saw my girls before I did. My BP was so high even after they were born that I wasn't allowed to get out of bed till it came down. Even 12 hours later it wasn't much better but they allowed me to meet my babies. So I completely understand you wanting 2 days alone with DD2 to get to know her and get things going with BFing. People can be really selfish sometimes. I told DH that I don't want anyone in the hospital waiting while I'm in labour and I want time after to be alone with the baby, DH, DD1 and 2 to bond as a family. My dad will have my girls so he will come up obviously and I may have my mom in the room so she will be there but I'm sure they will leave and give us some time.
@bluebird2318 I have suggested this because I have no issue with it as a middle name if he wants to keep the name in the family. He has said no to me in the past. However MIL called DH after he texted her to tell her healthy boy and when she asked about if we had a name yet he said we haven't talked about names since we just found out its a boy less than an hour before. I really hope he will agree to the middle name.

@flergirl Wow-that is awesome about baby Jenna! Can you believe that we are already in the same month as when you are supposed to deliver? That's what I was thinking when I was pg with DD still in June and that I wasn't still in the season before. Lol!
Thanks for the thoughts about FIL. We were told he wasn't going to make it due to the kidney infection. He came off the vent, but then needed an oxygen mask when he tried to eat because it took too much out of him. So we're still waiting to see...
@mrsdbc Glad to hear LO has stayed put. Keeping you in my t&p that everything continues to be ok.
@megs2011 Congrats on your DS! I bet his big sisters are so excited and will be great helpers! I hope you and DH can come to an agreement on names. Picking out boy names was definitely hard for us too. DS has DH's first name as middle name.
