DD2 and I made a smoothie tonight, and it just seems like it's missing something. We put in strawberries, bananas, and orange juice. What did I forget? :-/
I do a small container of greek yogurt, half a cup of milk, a banana, and some mixed frozen berries. That's been my breakfast off and on for about 10 years.
I usually make ours with a a banana, some frozen fruit (strawberries, mangoes, peaches are all good), a little milk, and a drizzle of honey if it needs a little more sweetness. James and I make them for snacks, so good.
Awww, I wish I had seen this post 10 mins ago. I just finished off what was left over from last night...honey would have been so good in there!
