Baby Julia is here!

I didn't post a ton but when I did everyone had great advice etc. anyway here is my birth story.... Starting at about 36weeks, my blood pressure started reading high at appointments. Grrrr. They would send me to l&d and it would go down and preeclampsia labs would come back negative. Even did the 24 hr urine catch and was fine. They thought it was pregnancy induced hypertension. I think I got worked up it would be high and then it would be. They talked induction but I wanted her to bake longer. They did say start working from home. At 38 week visit last Monday it was high again. They sent me for nst and said I would probably be induced that week. Ok give me a few days to plan out couple things. I was 50% effaced and 1 cm dilated. Well at hospital they said I was staying. Cervadill that night. I could feel a few contractions overnight. In the morning I was 2 cm. broke my water about 10. Epidural about noon. They kept saying I would have her by 4 pm. 4 pushes and she was born at 3:23pm. Older daughter was 3:46 pm. So they said lil one would beat that. She is perfect. The u/s I had on Good Friday said she was already at 7 lb 7 oz. well 2 weeks later she was born weighing 6 lb 11 oz. soooooo don't bank on what they say. Ha. Big sister is in love just like us. DH and I were torn on names..., Hannah or Emma. He said I got to pick. I pulled out Julia and it fit! So far she's a very laid back baby! Not complaining on that one.

For as much as I worried about her being 2 weeks early.... So happy she is here!!
