I haven't gained or lost a pound...which doesn't make sense seeing as my belly now extends beyond the boobs. just curious to see how many other mamas haven't moved the scales one bit.
I dont like the 10-20 lb range. Its so large! im roght around 11-12 lbs depending on dinner and poopability that day.
agreed- too big but i know the bump limits how many choices so do what you gotta. 11lbs and i'm looking to only gain 25-30. hard to bounce back at my age especially since i don't exercise.
I'm 4lbs under my pre-pregnancy weight. My appetite is FINALLY back this week, though, so I wouldn't be surprised if that trend quickly reverses itself.
So far today I've eaten 2 eggo sandwiches (each w/ 2 whole wheat eggos, at least 1tbsp almond butter, and 1/2 an apple) and cottage cheese w/ strawberries. It's not even 11am yet... Oh and I'm still hungry!
I just stack eggos with things. This one was almond butter and apples. Nothing fancy or magical. Though it is really yummy if you stick some vanilla ice cream between the eggos.
In college, I loved to eat a waffle with a scoop of strawberry ice cream on top for breakfast...or dessert. The waffle maker was one of those things they always kept out in the student center dining, and the ice cream freezer thing was always open.
I am about even right now, but only because I lost a bunch in first tri and then gained it back slowly. I'm 18 weeks 5 days.

Just got back from seeing the doctor and it looks like 9 pounds since my 6 week appointment. That seems like way too much for 15 weeks, especially since I was only up 2 pounds at my last appointment 3 weeks ago. This was a specialist, not my normal midwife/OB, so I'm telling myself that maybe their scales are a little off and it's actually less than that.

My ob says I'm up 3 lbs, but I was really constipated at my first visit and wasn't when I went again Monday, so I think it's actually more than that. I clicked <5 lbs though.
I'm up 16 lbs in 19 weeks (although I did just get back from an all inclusive vaca). Seems like a lot but I don't feel that big and I still work out 5 times a week. We'll see what my doc says on Saturday.

I had lost 12 lbs during first trimester sickness, and am now up 3 lbs since then, so technically down 9, but I am hoping they will start counting from my low point. I need to gain at least 40 lbs with twins...yikes!
I am up a whooping 19 lbs. It's depressing and I'm jealous of all those that haven't gained any weight. I weigh myself every single day (always have) and have been shocked at times when I see a 2 or 3 weight gain from one day to the next. DH tries to console me saying it's not a real gain from one day to the next but so far once I gain, I don't go back down. OB thinks it might just be an early gain that will eventually even out and I hope she is right. I don't feel like I've been eating enough to gain that much weight but the gain says otherwise. On the plus side, I haven't gained anything in a week and hope it all slows down from here on out.

I am only getting weighed at appointments So between first and second appointment I was down 2-3 lbs (I forget...). Between second and third I was up 5. So I've only netted 2 or 3 lbs so far.
At 16 1/2 weeks I am down a pound, well as of 16 weeks...I just spent the last few days out of town so I may have gained back that pound.
However, I qualify this saying I am plus size to begin with so my total weight gain is supposed to stay in the 15-20 range and my doctor is encouraging me to stay as flat as I can at least through 20 weeks.
I'm up 13lbs. 7lb in first trimester 6lb in 2nd so far. More than I would like but I eat healthy... Maybe I allow myself a couple meow sweets than I should
I lost about 3-4 pounds in the first trimester and have stayed the same since then.
However, I'm quite overweight, so I'm eating healthier and smaller portions now because I just can't eat as much. My stomach is definetely growing, but I guess the rest of me is losing.
I picked 5-10 sine i was up @10 sunday, but I've been in Chicago all week for an academy (work training) and they have fed us VERY well. I'm gonna hate stepping on the scale when I get home..
I'm up 8 but my OB said it also depends on what your body was like beforehand. I worked out a lot and was very healthy before, so the first tri of crackers, bread, butter and sloth were not particularly beneficial. She said +15 for one person can be another person's -10 depending. That's the story I like so I'm sticking with what she says

I gained about 10 in first tri because ALL I could eat was junk. Greasy, starchy, carby. I'm a vegetarian and any thought of greens, other veggies or fruit made me gag. I literally did not buy one healthy thing for like, 8 weeks. Doctor said I was gaining too quickly right about the time I started craving "good" food again, and I lost about 4 pounds. Now I am at 7 pounds total weight gain at 16+1. I'm 5'9" and usually about 160 pounds (at the doctor's office ... 150 on home scale, hehe.) Doctor said I am on track for healthy weight gain so long as I continue to eat healthy.
But yesterday I ate half a large pizza and managed to drink an entire 2-liter of Diet Pepsi though. Oops.

Same here- my belly is now showing aNd boobs are easily a cup size bigger- I think I must be losing in one area and moving it to another? Lol
I have only put on 3lbs since I found out I was pregnant. I'm 18w3d. I had bad m/s up until the end of my 17th week. My dr seems pleased that I am putting on weight slowly. Baby is measuring correctly and that's what he seems to be most concerned about. I am definitely showing and my boobs haven't gotten much bigger...
I lost 6 lbs, but at my appointment on Friday had gained 2 back. So in all, I'm down 4 lbs. I'm much heavier than I was 1st pregnancy though. 1st pregnancy I gained close to 50 lbs with DS.
