Mother's Milk Tea & Pregnancy

The package says to ask my LC or healthcare provider, but it's after hours and every package of every medication says that. Is there anything in it that could be problematic? I'm 8 weeks pregnant, and my supply is tanking (but could also just be work stress & dehydration).

    i don't think you're supposed to have fenugreek while pregnant. this page has a couple of suggestions for alternatives: https://drjaygordon.com/breastfeeding/increasing-milk-supply.html (scroll down to "Pregnancy")

    Thanks ladies. I did manage to contact my LC. We're supplementing with Enfamil while I'm at work now, but glad we made it more than 10 months, and we'll keep going for as long as we can/he's interested. I must say, though, that I'm happy to be giving up pumping.

    ...now what to do with all this tea? Good thing it has a long shelf life :)
