I'm so nervous and excited! 12:15 appt with my high risk dr to determine if baby Kaine will be scheduled to arrive next week at 37 weeks due to complications with my crohns. Hoping that he is ready! FX everything is good to go! Wish me luck ladies!

I have my first NST today. I am really anxious. First I have an u/s at 12:45 and then the NST and follow up with my doctor. Here's to hoping everything looks awesome and we don't have anything to worry about.

36 week appointment at 3:20 MST.

GBS test to be done today and I'm hoping a cervical check, but I'm not holding my breath.

katekat8721- All our classes were that late, so that we could attend after work. I don't think out hospital offered any pre-natal classes during the day.

Biweekly appointment at 4 pm EDT. I looking forward to getting all my questions answered.

no photo today sadly because she was playing hide and seek in my placenta lol. Silly girl!

Had a follow up after last week's contraction drama: no more dilating, but contractions are still present even with the procardia, so no more work for me. Down 5 lbs since last Wednesday, but still measuring at 34 weeks, so she didn't seem concerned. At least two or three more weeks of meds and have to stay off my feet as much as I can. DH is going out of town next Sunday, so I'll be getting babysat for a few days by one of my parents, but then we get to see LO again on u/s and then go from there since I'll be 36 weeks. Could've been better, but could've been worse.

Today was the 32 week appointment. Had a cervical length, another growth ultrasound and regular appointment. Everything is looking good, baby is measuring ahead still and estimated at 6lbs5oz. Only two more weeks and we wont try to prevent preterm labor anymore. Dr. brought up the possibility of a c section if we get much past 37 weeks because of head size but due date is still two months away so we will worry about it when we get there. Just happy baby is still baking.

Dr appt was very disappointing. High risk dr states that it is not up to him to decide whether baby is ready or not. He says the baby can wait until 39 weeks like he's supposed to. He isn't aware of my other issues and and they are not affecting the baby so he can't give the go. Says I have to see my gastro dr and they have to state that my episodes are getting worse due to the pregnancy. Ugh! So frustrated, going back to my ob tomorrow to see what he says. Baby Kaine is weighing in @ 8lbs 5oz & 18" @‌ 36 weeks 3 days!

@katekat8721‌ what's a csection class? I want to take one of those. I'm so nervous about mine. Are you taking this at a hospital?

@adreamcometrue2011 Yeah it's through my hospital. I don't really know what to expect for it, I'm not sure if it's just a "sit down and learn" type thing or if there's a hospital tour with it. I'm pretty nervous too! I'd call your doc and see if there are any classes or resources he'd recommend to help keep you calm.

I'm sorry your appt was so frustrating! Hopefully the OB will have more insight for you.

Thanks @katekat8721‌ Ima bring it up tomorrow at my appt. I've actually attended a csection during nursing school but this is on me, so I'm nervous!!! I've become the biggest scary cat. Lol

Hopefully he can fix all this craziness going on, He says yes baby needs out and then they say he stays in. I want what's best for lo. So if I must suffer 2 more weeks. I guess I will!

Regular check up today. HR in the 130s, my BP mad urine were fine. Quick and easy.
Only 2 more weekly appointments scheduled before my c-section date. (If baby cooperates and stays put, that is!)

Had my U/S with the mfm at 12 PST. Baby was being a stinker and hiding her face behind the placenta. She is only measuring 3 pounds 13 ounces at 33 weeks. Fluid levels look good. We are now 6 days behind my original due date. We will see whst my regular OB says next Friday.

Well, my appointment was interesting. Really unimpressed with the doctor I saw (I typically see a PA because she's awesome but now she wants me to see an actual MD

)

All the doctor said was "baby is still big, ultrasound looked good as did the NST. Fluid is down some. Have a good day.". Then he walked out. I had a bunch of blood work done and had to do a 24 hr urine catch and he didn't mention anything about those results. I was so caught off guard that I didn't even think to see if I could get him back to discuss those results.

I will be emailing my PA to see if she can explain the results. I assume if he saw something alarming in my chart he would have said? Maybe.

I go back on the 13th for a repeat of today. Thank goodness I'll be seeing a different doctor that I've seen, and liked, before.

Highlight of the appointment was that the u/s tech turned on the 3D and I got pictures. I started crying. He's so chubby and precious.
