I just got back from my clinic appt and my second round of femara failed. After the first one, my RE said this was the best option for me and to try it again and it should work. I got my hopes up so high, I started responding on Friday, then I went in today and everything shrunk. I'm just so frustrated and sick of this! And to top it off I sat down on the couch and turned on the tv to take my mind off of it and on GMA this woman was surprising her parents with her pregnancy announcement live on TV. Can't a girl catch a break?

First RE appt 3/28 Dx- non-IR PCOS
No response from Clomid 50mg or Femara 5mg
Clomid 100mg- BFP! Beta #1 15 DPO 169, Beta #2 17 DPO 340

We've been working on baby #1 since July 2013 using Open ID donor sperm. 8 IUI attempts with 5 actual IUIs and one chemical pregnancy. We have one fresh IVF cycle under our belts as well as a FET. I have endometriosis and a uterine septum that was corrected via surgery in November 2013.
11/14/14 - Second HSG shows that tubes are still clear and ute is looking good.
12/6/14 - Started BCPs in prep for IVF #2
12/22/14 - Saline u/s and endometrial scratch (All was clear and OUCH!)
1/2/15 - Began stimming for IVF #2

FU with RE, more bloodwork: Anticardiolipin +
Dec 14: 5mg Letrozole+baby aspirin +ovidrel + B2B IUI#4.1=BFFN
Jan '15: 5mg Letrozole +baby aspirin + ovidrel +B2B IUI #5= BFP!!
