Eliminating dairy

I have a MAJOR spitter upper (30+ times per day). He is 11 weeks, EBF. We are going to try eliminating dairy to see if that helps. Any tips/ advice? I am dreading it- cheese! Ice cream! Boo.

Re: Eliminating dairy

  • Start reading every label of everything you eat. Here is a good list of ingredients usually derived from dairy:

  • Good luck! It really isn't that bad. This is coming from someone who would have dairy at every single meal. I love milk and would drink a couple glasses a day. However eliminating daily didn't help us with the spitting up. Dd was like your lo and would spit up a throughout the day and night. It was tough and she didn't stop until around about 9 months. It got less around 6 months though. At 14 months she still spits up about 3 times a week.
