severe back pain at 37 weeks 5 days

I'm having really severe back pain after I did just a little mopping and cleaned the toilet. I can't move without shooting pain up my back and even down my leg sometimes. I know the typical back pain late in pregnancy but this is so much different. I can't walk or move without it hurting also my belly keeps getting pretty hard when I get out of bed...have any other mommas to be have this happen from such little housework?

    When my LO changes positions, it hurts my back so bad I can't do anything but lie in bed, and even that is uncomfortable. It usually makes me throw up. I don't know if he's pinching a nerve or what.
    Aside from the pain, yesterday I vacuumed the house after being in bed all day. It didn't take very long, but by the time I was done, my knees and ankles looked like the marshmallow man.

    My back def hurts at the drop of a hat now. Plus, it's not only my lower back now, but my tailbone and upper back too. Like the whole thing is shot. I went to Target with my mom for like 30 mins and afterward my back felt like I had been lifting bricks! Also, @TaylorHam86‌ I have the same ankle swelling problem. If I don't sit with my feet up after doing anything, they poof out like crazy!

    When I would have back pain I would take Tylenol and lay down if it doesn't go away I would go in. When I was pregnant with my first went in for hours of back pain and I was having contractions

    Sometimes it has to do with the baby's head hitting your pelvic bones.  If you can get in to see the chiro (one who practices Webster technique - pregnant women).  I was dying yesterday and went in for an adjustment - the difference is amazing!

    I had a period of this for several days...I think at that moment...it was a mix of what I did and the position of baby...I have done the same amount of work and way way more and have not gotten anything close to that mind blowing...cant move my legs...type of shooting pain.
