Baby Trend Sit and Stand vs. Graco Room For 2 Stand and Ride

DH and I are trying to decide on a new stroller once baby #3 comes along (EDD: Dec 1st).  We have a 4 year old and 2 1/2 year old so something easy to travel with would be ideal.  We would like a sit n stand type of stroller since the 4 year old likes walking more than riding.  Does anyone have any advice or opinions on either the Baby Trend Sit n Stand  or the Graco Room for 2?

    I agree with PP that the Graco pushes better.  The wheels are slightly bigger making for better maneuverability.
