What is going on with my body?! Tmi

About a week and a half ago I started cramping and had a little back pain, I was also way bloated.
A week ago I went to the bathroom and there was blood, bright red, I figured it was a weird iud period.
Cramping never stopped and my lower back started hurting too. Then a few days ago I was spotting brown, a good amount.

I'm still bloated and the cramping and back pain are terrible. I also have vagina/vulva achiness. It also burns (like inside my lower abdomen) if you press on it. I've been exhausted too. Like run down, give me all the caffeine, tired. I'm terrified I'm pregnant. I have a mirena in there, I don't want to be pregnant again, duh iud!

I'm freaking out! What if I have an ectopic?! I need to go get a test when the kids go to bed. :-S

I have an appt Friday to have it removed. I hope it's minor and not imbedded or something.

BFN! But then wtf is going on? There was more blood when I tested. My tribe was also really dark. Maybe a uti?

let us know.... my thought is that it got loose and causing irritation added to what was heavy flow.

I was gonna say a possible uti as well from some of your symptoms. I usually get the lower back pain with a uti. I hope it is nothing wrong with the iud.

I love the idea of IUDs but the complications that sometimes occur are scary. Definitely get into your doc ASAP and keep us posted. I hope everything is okay!

They think it's the iud. She wanted me to come in right away to have it removed, but I can't bring Milla to that. So I'm going at 330. They're going to do a UA then too.

I have a really bad uti. I still had the iud removed since it's been bothering me.
So I have antibiotics, and a rx for birth control. I opted for the regular bc since we are well established with bf and I don't mind if she decreases a little. Plus the normal kind helps my PCOS, which I desperately need. Maybe my hairy chin will go away now
