AW: Happy U/S for Vigorous Baby (E&B)

Hi ladies! Today we went for an u/s with my OB. We had a viability u/s with the RE at 6w6d and this was our first appointment with the OB. This is the same OB that was with me during my first loss and did my D&C. It was a little weird to be back in the same u/s room but so good to see her. Anyhow, the good stuff....today I am 8w3d and our awesome, perfect vigorous baby is measuring 3 days ahead!! We have been calling the baby "Vigorous Baby" since the first u/s when the RE described the heartbeat as vigorous! She (I think) or he (the OB and DH think) is growing like a little rockstar 
We have another appointment on 5/23 for another u/s just for peace of mind. It was the OB's idea because she didn't want us to have to wait so long between now and the NT scan which is scheduled (say wha?!) for June 2. DH and I are over the moon. We have never had a good second u/s. ALSO, we learned of our first loss when I was 9w6d, but my OB confirmed that I was only measuring 7w4d at the time of the loss, so we have totally passed that milestone. It is bittersweet for sure, but today I am pregnant, and I love my perfect vigorous baby! So, YAY BABY!!!
