The first day felt like two days. The next day felt like a regular day, but the next two days each felt like a half a day. The fifth day didn't count, so the sixth day seemed like three days...
it's been awhile since I've seen it & probably butchered the quote, but ya get the idea.
I am a special snowflake. It seems like it is crawling from day to day, but it seems hard to believe its May already because it felt like things were going so slowly! DH said less than 6 months to his parents on the phone the other day and my head was like what?!?!

I put special snowflake because each week seems to go quite quickly but dealing with symptoms each day (especially work days) seems interminably long. And the thought of this back pain and heartburn for another 6 months makes it seem forever.
Slow bcuz I'm hoping to speed past this m/ s.. Or whatever it is lol hoping 2nd tri will bring better days! fast bcuz I just heard DH say I'm due in 6 months n I looked at him like he was crazy but he was absolutely right lol
Soooo sloooooow!!! I keep thinking I'm at least a week ahead than I actually am. I think it's wishful thinking. I'm just over the throwing up, and being constantly nauseated!

I feel like the first 12 weeks dragged on like crazy. As soon as I told people time has just flown by! I feel like these past 2 weeks have been just a couple of days!
It seems like it's going so slow....but I do feel like it's been moving along better now that people know and I can let my pudge hang out. Waiting to tell people took foorrreeevveerrr....lol When I think about us saving up money before November, time goes really fast. When I think about not having one single beer next to a bonfire this summer, time is almost going backwards.

A scene from The Jerk comes to mind:
The first day felt like two days. The next day felt like a regular day, but the next two days each felt like a half a day. The fifth day didn't count, so the sixth day seemed like three days...

That settles it. Whether she likes it or not, @NunyaBennis is my Bump soulmate.
The Jerk was my "test" movie for my husband. It was the first movie I had him watch when we started dating. If he didn't love it, I knew it wouldn't work between us.
It depends on the day. The day before my u/s it goes twice as slow. Freaks me out that I'm under 200 days now according to the app. Then when I take another 3-4 weeks off for twin factor I freak out that it's going too fast. Apparently I'm never satisfied lol
I feel like it's slow but looking back it seems fast lol!
This! I feel like the days are going intolerably slow, especially work days, and the M/S is only exacerbating things. Even the sort of days where my work load is heavy and time usually feels like it passes more quickly. Those days seem just as long as my mind numbingly slow days. But then I think, gees, I'll be thirteen weeks in a couple of days, didn't I just pee on that stick a week or two ago. If this M/S ever goes away, I think it will be loads easier to enjoy things, and will go a long way towards the days flying by.
It feels like it's gone fast when I think that I am already 14w2d! But I am so excited to feel movement and I know that won't happen for a few weeks, it seems like it's going slow!!!
