Week/Fruit: week 40/jackfruit
How are you feeling? Anxious. Every cramp, every bathroom break, basically anything and I start to wonder: "is it time!?!!"
Appointments/Updates? Week 40 check-up and vaginal exam on Wednesday if Peanut doesn't self-evict by then.
Rants/Raves: none. Just ready.
GTKY: Are you planning on following any special diet/plan to lose the baby weight? If you've already had your baby, how's it going? Nursing is strategy #1, and I'll get back into my aerial training routine after 6-8 weeks. Meal planning is simple: high protei/low-cal carbs and no refined sugar.
How are you feeling? Well I have a hideous sinus infection on my right side that makes Me want to pull that half of my face off but other than that ok lots of fatigue associated with the infection and waiting for abx. I am starting to get pretty nervous now that things are so close!
Appointments/Updates? Today is my MFM, tomorrow is my actual version since they screwed up last week so a bit nervous about that, and OB is Thursday. But we alreay discussed how 39 weeks they want to deliver so likely this Thursday we will set the date for next Friday for either an induction or section depending how tomorrow goes.
Rants/Raves: seriously this sinus infection blows

I am hoping my appetitie returns and food aversion so away so I can get back to my mostly paleo woe as since I can't eat gluten/dairy/soy that is pretty much my go to. I am really looking forward to getting back on the weight room!!!!!
How are you feeling? Feeling good physically. A little sore still from the episiotomy and i ran out of pain meds this morning.
DH went back to work today, which made me a bit sad. He's been home for a week.
Appointments/Updates: Kaelyn's 2 wk appt is next Monday.
Rants/Raves: Rant-DH had to go back to work. Rave-my DD is gorgeous!
GTKY: Are you planning on following any specific diet/plan to lose the baby weight? If you've already had your baby, how's it going? I'm not planning on anything special. I actually don't even own a scale, so I don't know how it's going. I'm still sore from the episiotomy, so I haven't been very active yet. Hopefully, I can get a good workout in soon.
Pics: one is from today, the others are my faves from the hospital.

Also, I am ordering my Bellefit compression girdle this week. That's not crazy exciting but it makes me feel good to be proactive about recovery.
GTKY: Are you planning on following any special diet/plan to lose the baby weight? If you've already had your baby, how's it going?: I'm planning to breastfeed if possible, so that should help. Other than that, I've always had pretty good success with just plain old counting calories. I've also always wanted to learn to kickbox, so I'd like to see about that possibility. Groupon tends to have good deals for kickboxing classes.
