Breast Pump Solutions through BRU?

Has anyone used Breast Pump Solutions through Babies R' Us to order an insurance covered breast pump?  My policy supposedly covers a standard electric pump as long as (a) I have a scrip and (b) I use an in-network provider.  Since my employer is exempt from health care reforms there is nothing specifically in the policy meaning I'll have to call to find out anything about the policy.  Breast Pump Solutions supposedly works everything out with the insurance, which would save me a lot of phone calls and time spent hashing everything out with the insurance company.  Just curious if anyone has used the program and would recommend/not recommend.

Also, is a standard electric pump a single pump?  Supposedly that is all my policy covers and I would way prefer a double if possible.

    No advice, but I've never heard of a single electric pump, I'm pretty sure all they make are doubles. I mean really, who would buy a single electric??

    I called my insurance company and they gave me a list of local vendors thru which I could order the pump. You might look into it and call around to make sure you get what you want (for instance, brand, double pump, etc.)

    I didn't know BRU did this though. Good luck!

    Thanks everyone, I had never heard of the BRU program and am trying to avoid hours on the phone with insurance.  My listening comprehension is going downhill (I blame hormones, but I've always been more of a visual learner) and listening to the insurance lady on the phone is like listening to the teacher from Peanuts, "Wahh, wahh, waaaahh".  Plus, I feel like I'm going to screw this up if I do not have something in writing to refer to other than my notes.

    @housewifebecomesher my insurance company has an online provider list and there are something like 100 DME providers within a 50-mile radius, I assume several of those are online.  I am asking around with local moms to see if anyone knows a good DME in my locale to avoid picking a store at random.

    @jf198400 I am hoping the lady from insurance was wrong when she said my insurance covered a "standard electric" and that was a "single electric pump".  My friend, who is a SAHM, used a single electric because she pumped only when she was going out.  For me, a double electric is a must-have since I'll be pumping 3-4 times a day at work.  I had the same thought as you when I talked to insurance, "seriously, a single electric!?".
