I thought I'd come back around and catch up. I was supposed to be a June mom, but Emmett showed up on May 13 instead.

I'm now just over a week away from his 1st birthday, and it's just hitting me. I was feeling sentimental and wanted to see how everyone else was doing.

Aw, thanks! I found it at the thrift store, and considering that his tongue is out of his mouth 90% of the time, it was perfect.

We're having a get together at a local park with friends and family where the older kids can go on the playground or see the barn animals, and just have a nice lunch to celebrate that we made it a whole year!
