SPD?

Anyone develop or worsen with SPD following delivery? I'm 6 days post delivery and my pelvis literally feels like it's in a million pieces - especially at night. I had pelvic pain during pregnancy but this is worse. I did have a difficult delivery with 3 hours of pushing and shoulder dystocia though. Can anyone relate?

Re: SPD?

  • No SPD but my crippling tail bone pain I was looking forward to loosing after DD was born has stuck around. I am 1 month PP

I did not have SPD during PG, but I have pretty bad tailbone pain now. Every once in a while if I sit down a certain way I feel a pop. I had to push for 2 hrs and she was sunny side up. I am hoping it goes away soon. It has gotten better since I first came home but there are times it still really bothers me.
