Scared about uti/catheter/kidney infection

So LO has had fever since wed night after she got her shots. Doc said since she's had this long it's prob not related and may be uti. If baby wakes up with fever I need to take her to ED for cath so they can check, poor baby. Praying it's gone when she wakes up which of course is taking forever today. I on the other hand have been up since 5:15 bc I'm nervous. The reason I'm a little more concerned is also bc on one of her ultrasounds they said it appeared she had a slight kidney issue where the bladder was passing some urine back into kidney. They later said it appeared to resolve but I'm afraid it may not have this little uti could become a bigger deal. Of course googling has only led me to freaking out even more that it's infected her kidney and could lead to failure! Trying to stay calm till I see how she is. Please pray fever is gone! Thanks for listening. Anyone out there with experience please share!
