Chest tightening during BH?

Has anyone experienced this feeling during BH? Its a very uncomfortable feeling and I'm not sure if I should be concerned or if this feeling is normal??

I just talked to my OB about this actually. However I have a pacemaker so I'm super sensitive about any discomfort in my chest. She told me to keep an eye on it but if it's paired with fast palpitations consistently than there may be some concern (for normal people too). Just sounds like all the BH and baby getting bigger is just putting pressure on the chest cavity. Try to relax during them to keep your BP down. Xo

I get it ... almost like the wind is knocked out of you. I think its just from all the muscles tightening and my chest gets caught in the crossfire. It goes away when the BH goes away.

Yup. This is how my BH feel when I'm sitting down. It's a breathless feeling that lasts 15 seconds or so.

That feeling is usually how I know I'm getting a BH. It's been happening for the past month or so now. I've been told it's pressure on the diaphragm since everything is getting cramped at this point.
