One pot pasta meals?

Cook's Illustrated has some one-pot pasta meals, and they are generally pretty good. We use WW pasta, so it takes a bit longer to cook. We make a chili Mac and a tuna noodle one that both NY kids adore, which is also a nice side benefit!

Thanks, all! @jjdillie‌ that looks ridiculously good! Since DH is still dubious about the idea of freezer meals, this technique may be a good (or even better) alternative for us.
