We had the same problem the other day. I was at Stride Rite, and they said he needed wide shoes, which they didn't carry in store for the baby line. They said I could order them online, but then I walked by Clarks. They not only have soft-soled baby shoes, but they carried them in store in both wide and extra wide. Plus, I felt they were much cuter than the Stride Rite shoes. And they were running a big 20% off sale, so they ended up being like $14 cheaper than Stride Rite. I was pretty happy with my purchase. I will still check out Stride Rite again when he gets out of baby shoes because they had wide width in-stock in the firm-soled shoes.
  • Thanks ladies. I never heard of stride right before and I didn't know clarks made baby shoes. I thought they were just old lady shoes
