I'm trying to decide what to use for this LO to sleep in... I've heard that the rocker can be a safety hazard because of the way it's inclined. But i notice that the daydreamer is also inclined a little... which would yall suggest? Or should we just look into a bassinet?
Re: Which would you suggest?
The Nap nanny was recalled, I forget why exactly. I think people were simply using them unsafely (like, putting it in a crib and the baby got wedged between the napper and side of the crib). We returned it and got our money back since we weren't using it anymore anyway.
This time we got the rock n play. Easy travel was the real factor in our decision. The rock n play folds flat and takes up much less space in the car.
I'm not new. I just hate The Bump.

Sleep is always a challenge, so you do need to do what works best for both you and baby, but i do suggest being wary of short term solutions that could create long term issues.
The bassinet was great next to the bed because it was easy to get him in and out of (without getting out of bed) and we just snap the changing pad back in for diaper changes. I am hesitant to let him sleep overnight in something that moves because it freaks me out and I think it would make the transition to a crib or bed harder.
We have a rock 'n' play and that thing was a lifesaver because it was lightweight and our pedi said he found it very helpful for treating reflux, which it was. We live and swear by it.
Another vote for the RNP. DD wouldn't nap anywhere else for the first few months. It saved my sanity.
