We're taking him to emergency which is two towns over. Something is wrong with his leg 
I think it might be broken or dislocated. I will update when I know more.
Update: he is resting comfortably and has pain meds. They treated it as a sprain. The vet said it could be a very small fracture - too small for te x-ray to detect. We also learned the leg in question grew oddly (more crooked than usual for a Corgi) so he will always be prone to fractures and sprains. At least it wasn't too serious. $500 down the drain, though lol Thanks for all the T&P!
