Schedule shift ? Did you do it or did it happen on it's own?

My LO great sleeper but has gotten in to habit of only sleeping 1 hr burst in her basinet her pack n play she sleeps fine in the day 4 hours almost. I think her internal clock is backwards. She went to sleep at 11:50pm12 am until 3:30 am but I couldn't get her to sleep until almost 5:50. Way to long she was overtired. She is 6 weeks today. When and how to switch her schedule?
