I've never wanted to sell something soooooo bad

OK, so every time I'm pregnant, I hate the way my house looks.  Specifically I hate hate hate hate our couches.  I let the husband talk me into them and NEVER AGAIN, I've pretty much hated them since we bought them.  This hate turns into an obsessive loathing that I can't control when my nesting kicks in.

I'm also not a fan of our kitchen table, mostly because I want a round one.

I finally found a round kitchen table we can afford and husband said when I get the security deposit back from the house we're leaving I can use some of it to buy a new table. Yay!

Last night I found cute, no-tuck, slipcovers that will fit my couches and loveseat for $120 TOTAL, for BOTH, from Ikea.  So I listed our current kitchen table on Craigslist this morning.  

Would you pay $150 - $200 for this?  It's the table, 4 chairs, and includes a leaf as well to extend it.  I listed it at $250 just to see if I could get that and put OBO on the add.  But would you pay that?  If you saw it listed at $250 what would you pay?  I've never wanted to sell something so badly!  I hate my couches, and this is my ticket to fixing that hot mess!!!

    I like it but I probably wouldn't pay more than 150 for it.

    Lol I obsess over every little thing in the house lately. I'd paint and redecorate the whole house if left to my own devices. Thank God DH is here to stop me or I'd be broke. Also, none of these things bothered me prepregnancy, I loved them actually.

    I have a bunch of random sh!t listed on those FB yard sale sites right now.  Start with the higher price and gradually bump it down.  People who are watching the item will notice your flexibility on price and will be more likely to make an offer.
