teacher appreciation week question

One of the days next week is dedicated to bringing in a fruit item to contribute to a basket for each teacher. I am going to bring in a pineapple because LO is a product of an island just like a pineapple lol. I would like to add a tag to the top of it with a sweet and clever note. Something along the lines of giving a cookie as a gift and saying "thanks for making me one smart cookie."

Thoughts? TIA
