I had my FET yesterday and so last night should have been my last PIO shot before switching over to suppositories today (I did start this morning). I called my nurse to ask how often I should take the endometrin because I got my instructions from a different nurse and I thought I kust have misunderstood her. Nope - they want me to take 2 suppositories in the a.m. and 2 at night! So I asked if there was a reason I couldn't just keep taking the PIO as I prefer it.
She said I could continue with 1 ML of the PIO instead of the endometrin 4 times a day. Does that sound right? I feel like maybe it should be more than 1 ML?
Im just notsure what to do now. Do you have any prefrences?

Re: PIO vs. Endometrin
I have never tried suppositories before, only PIO, so I cannot really talk about preference. I can say I do not have a problem with the injections and the side effects folks have mentioned about suppositories (messiness, bleeding, irritation, etc), I would have to say I am not anxious to switch.
