So my friend left her Doppler with me a couple days ago. Well today at lunch after watching YouTube videos.....something I should of done from the start. I finally got that beautiful sound on Doppler! It's such a relief bc I have been having PGAL brain bc of being under the weather. I was smart enough to record it so now when I take the Doppler to my friend tonight I have a reminder that baby is doing just fine.:D I am feeling so relieved and overjoyed!

So wonderful. I really want to get one in a few weeks. My DH thinks it's a bad idea, but I'm pretty sure I want it.

@Birch113‌ and @megbmeg‌- my husband is the same way. one reason I don't personally own one but it's nice to know there is one I can use. I will warn you it can be addicting! Lol it's one reason I am ok to give it back to my friend. It's too tempting to just want to use it constantly.

@birch113 - I asked my OB about it yesterday and she advised against it b/c of the crazy-making factor. But she said it was fine if I really wanted it. I'm thinking I will wait to order it until 12 weeks (otherwise I'll go nuts looking too early). And I'm thinking I'll rent it, so that way if it is driving me nuts, I'll just return it. But I've heard so many people say it helped, that I think I may love having it for the time before I can feel any movement (can hardly imagine getting that far!!).

I also finagled my way into an extra check-in at 10 weeks. I'm going to go into the office just to have the h/b checked. I think that'll make it much more bearable while I'm waiting for the 12 week mark.
