Feeling: Crappy. I slept between nine and 10 hours last night, but still wanted more this morning and could barely drag myself out of bed. Also I have a nasty headache from this front that's come through, and my sinuses are acting crazy.
Rants: All the other drivers in this city this morning seem to think they need to be up my butt.
GTKY: I had a guinea pig when I was about 12. That was a very curious animal.
How are you feeling today? Feeling a bit nauseous but grateful it waited until 2nd tri to show itself.
Rants/Randoms: Company is hosting a celebration all day in honor of our recent drug approval. Bummed I can't participate in human foosball or any of the other fun games, but looking forward to visiting the funnel cake stand! I also got roped into performing in "Company X's Got Talent!!" so I'm totally dreading getting up in front of 3000 people later this afternoon. Also, fingers are crossed that my ob appointment today goes smoothly.
GTKY: What's the strangest pet (due to species or behavior) you've ever owned? None of my pets were really strange, though my brother had snakes for a few years.
5 cycles of "TTC" - 3 intentional, 2 not so intentional. 5 BFPs. My rainbow arrived 10/15/14. TFMC 08.02.13 at 19+ weeks. Everyday I grieve for my little Olive.
Rants/Randoms: due to all the rain we've had, rt. 4 in southern Maryland is flooded in places. I've been on this commuter bus since 645. Its currently 815. Ive got at least another half hour... tgif..
GTKY: What's the strangest pet (due to species or behavior) you've ever owned? I used to have a cat that barked and drank from the toilet.
How are you feeling today? Started the morning off with dry heaving because I coughed. So fun. Feeling a little wobbly but eating should take care of that ok.
Rants/Randoms: I'm sick of spewing out farts of doom.
GTKY: What's the strangest pet (due to species or behavior) you've ever owned? We used to have rats.
How are you feeling today? Pretty good and looking forward to the weekend.
Rants/Randoms: I never knew that it was so hard for some people to RSVP by phone or e-mail. DH and I are hosting his grandmother's 90th birthday celebration in two weeks (since no one else in the family volunteered -including DH's parents but that is another rant) and half of the guest list hasn't bothered to RSVP to the invites that I mailed out over a month ago. While we aren't doing a plated meal (luckily), we do need a decent estimate so we can finalize plans for the catering. Since DH's grandmother gave us the names/address for most of the people, we don't even have phone numbers to call to inquire about the non responders (and if we ask her for them, his Grandmother will just do it herself). Grr.
GTKY: What's the strangest pet (due to species or behavior) you've ever owned? I have mainly just owned cats. Some of them have been pretty strange, but still cats.
Married 10/06
Baby Girl "C" arrived on 10/07/14 (39 weeks, 6 days)
How are you feeling today? Pretty good! I also had a really good day yesterday, so I'm seriously crossing my fingers that I am pretty much done with first tri symptoms.
Rants/Randoms: Going shopping for my mom tomorrow just to look at baby stuff, so that should be fun!
GTKY: What's the strangest pet (due to species or behavior) you've ever owned? No weird pets. All of our dogs have been pretty dog-like. But I don't know if anything can beat @supersuz and the cat that barked and drank out of the toilet. I literally laughed out loud.
Feeling: Pretty good, other than feeling like I might be coming down with something.
Rants/Random: We find out next week boy/girl, and so I started planning a reveal party for family. I feel like I have so much to do now! Planning games, making cupcakes, etc!
Weirdest pet: I currently have a chinchilla. A lot of people don't even know what a chinchilla is, so I'd say that makes him fairly strange to begin with...but to add insult to injury, he likes to pleasure himself. Makes for awkward times.
How am I feeling like a spotted lepord my acne is AWEFUL!!! Worse than my teen years . Have tried every natural remedy out there and nothing helps. Does anyone know of some preggie safe zit cream.
@Ohioloveyou - lol, When I adopted the cat I called him Boo boo. After I learned that he wanted to be a dog we started calling him "Bowzer". He was so sweet, but so weird.
