Egg allergy /advice needed

I found out LO has an egg allergy. I only nurse once per day so I'm wondering if I have to eliminate eggs from my diet or do you think since I only nurse once per day it won't make much of a difference?

    This is something you need to ask the allergist. My oldest has severe allergies and when i was bf her, her allergist told me not to eliminate the foods from my diet but there are studies that make arguments both ways.
