Question for momma's with gestational diabetes

When do you know if your # is too low? My fasting # this morning was 48 and its usually 80-90?

Wondering if I should be concerned.

I thought so too but I couldn't remember for sure. I'm eating breakfast and will retest soon

I get shaky and feel awful if I get into the 50s, but OBs say that lows (40s-50s) won't hurt the baby.
