Growth Spurt?

Does this sound like a growth spurt? DS literally wanted to nurse all day yesterday. He usually sleeps two 4 hour stretches at night but was up to eat every two hours. When he is latched he is still fussy like he can't get milk fast enough. Of course my mind immediately goes to supply issues, but he is still having tons of wet diapers so maybe growth spurt? I am clueless. Help reassure me.

He had two terrible diapers yesterday like he always does so I don't think he is constipated but I could be wrong.

He is a month old tomorrow. So 4 weeks yesterday.

When DS is fussy while nursing it's usually because he is gassy and it makes it harder for him to nurse and he gets frustrated. The increase in the feedings is probably a growth spurt.

Growth spurt or gas. I try to let dd nurse if she wants, but we had a few weeks there were she didn't seem to know her own limit, but as long as he's not puking it up I'd let him go.

seriously, where does time go? He's getting big! We need more pics!

Does he wiggle around a lot? Z used to act like she couldn't sit still while feeding. I knew she had gas- big burp or fart coming. I remember pumping so much around that time. My nips hated me.
