Sick of bottled water. What's your go-to bev?

Besides my morning coffee, I'm trying to drink lots of liquids. I have OJ every day. I've been drinking a lot of bottled water but I'm getting sick of it and have been drinking soda or more coffee, and I usually have a big glass of milk with dinner. I have iced tea mixes, Crystal Light, maybe I'll try some of that? What are you finding good lately?

  • I just bought a squeeze crystal light that is a tropical flavor. It's pretty good but my first couple tries I added to much and it was to sweet. I've also been drinking a lot of coconut water.

  • I'm craving soda (mostly the carbonation) like crazy, but one, single sip gives me hiccups and awful reflux. I've been drinking unsweet tea or cutting up fruit to put in my water. If you're going the crystal light route, the orange-strawberry-banana flavor is really good.
  • Gatorade. ..but it has been causing acid reflux for me.

  • I can't seem to get enough Capri Sun right now. Great for the diabetic, right? I take extra insulin to compensate if I need to, but I'm trying to be good. I can usually resist, but if I end up having one, I usually end up having two or three.

    Omg I have been craving Capri sun! Been so long since I've had one. Luckily for me I have forgotten about the craving when I have gone to the grocery store. Cause otherwise, the whole box would be gone in a day.

  • I'm drinking 2 gallons of milk a week at this point. Soda has also never tasted soo good, my favorite is jarritos pineapple. It's a Mexican soda with real sugar and like 5 ingredients so I don't feel guilty about it.
  • Crystal Light lemonade....other than that milk, diet pepsi, and hot chocolate!

  • Milk and chocolate milk, which also provide some heartburn relief. And water, but with lemon in it.

    I'm drinking tons of milk and unsweetened iced tea... I try a soda here and there but it usually causes instant heartburn and acid reflux

  • Lots of milk and carbonated water instead of plain water to mix things up a bit. I also just tried the Aquafina vitamin water, it was really good! It's not very sweet because it doesn't have a ton of sugar in it (unlike regular vitamin water which is basically as sugary as soda).

    I drink my calories. I'm awful about that.

    I just refilled my co2 cartridge for my soda stream and am so glad to have soda water again! That's my fav drink! I've also had a few raspberry ales that my folks brought me from MI. Mmm

    I like it too! My midwife warned me it would be "leafy" and I'm not a tea drinker so I got scared. But with a little lemon - mmm its tasty!

    When I get sick of water, I add some Crystal Light, or get some of the flavoured sparkling water. Yum!

    I've been craving soda like crazy but have been trying to stick to water as much as possible (besides my morning coffee, of course)! I like the idea of the additives like Crystal Light or they have those Mio bottles (I think that's what they're called).
  • Perrier slim cans - the grapefruit flavour in particular but I also like the lime one. I dump it in a wine glass! I limit to one a day to not push my luck with heartburn.
  • I've been pretty good with the water but sometimes I'll add a little cran grape juice. Then it became more of a 50/50 mix. Then one day I added some sprite. Now I have a crangrapesprite punch a day.
  • I love pink lemonade! I also like to mash some frozen strawberries into the pitcher for strawberry pink lemonade.
  • I've been sticking mostly to plan waiter (except for a small glass of OJ in the morning) per dr's advice, but occasionally add a drop or two of cranberry juice into the water to just try to make the flavor a little more bearable.  I really hate drinking water.  :(

    I picked up the orange-strawberry-banana CL, it's really good!!! Thanks for the suggestion! I also got mango-peach flavor to try.

  • I try to stick with water during the day and before going to bed. In between that I drink different fruit juices like apple, pineapple and tropical blends.
  • Lemonade. Bonus points if it is in slushy form. Or ice. I have been eating the shit out of ice!

  • Grapefruit San Pellegrino, but it's not jiving too well with my near constant heartburn as of late. I have one of those little cans of Coke about every day and sometimes chocolate milk, but other than that mostly boring bottled water.

  • When I need a bubble fix but want more than water I mix juice with some sparkling water. My favorite "mock tail" is ginger ale, and grape juice. Sometimes I'll even put it in a fancy glass and garnish it with fruit.

    I may have to look for this.  It sounds really good for some reason, even though I don't like grapefruit!  Oh and I've also been forcing down the RRL tea.  Not my fav at all...maybe I'll try it w lemon like someone suggested.  I usually only drink hot black tea w sugar and lots of milk!
