One should go away pretty quickly I have several that I had from second trimester on. Stitz baths are great, or you can sit in an Epsom salt bath in your tub. Witch Hazel (sold in supermarkets and drug stores) is great for soothing especially after a bowel movement. You can put it on a cotton ball or pad and leave it overnight or use the Tucks pads with witch hazel. I also highly recommend hemorrhoid cream to help with pain and itching. Make sure you're taking Colace or a stool softener as well to not put more strain on the area. Hopefully things will clear up soon!

I had them really bad my third trimester. I had to get a cream from the ob. And I also used preparation h wipes with witch hazel. They helped a lot! Good luck
