My RE clinic sends out a monthly newsletter, and the April one had a section about certain foods that are good for fertility and it mentioned eggs. Well the other day DH and I were out for breakfast and I was looking over the menu and said that I thought I would get the blueberry pancakes. Then he very casually says "you could get a side of eggs with them". I asked him if he said that because of the newsletter, and he was like "well if eggs might help us get a baby then....(insert adorable smile). I couldn't help but appease him and get the eggs. Like most men he doesn't say a lot when it comes to our IF( I know it's frustrating for him because it's something he can't "fix"). I just thought it was so sweet, and it let me know that it's on his mind too. Has your DH done anything adorable or supportive lately??

My hubby is super quiet but he'll drop little nuggets from time to time. Always makes me smile when I hear him give me a tip or when he forwards me an article about IF/babies. It's great when our hubby's show that they're thinking about us/IF when they share little tidbits.

I had a temp dip this morning. DH asked if it was below the cover line and when I said no, he reminded me that we're not necessarily out for this cycle. Then after he dropped me off at work, he called to make sure I was okay, because he knew how upset I was.

At the Open House with our RE, our Doc mentioned that he likes his patients to do the Paleo diet. Especially if they have PCOS. He mentioned bacon and I think that DH fell in love with him.
He told me "I am just happy that I can have bacon!". I was so amused. No one ever told him that he couldn't have bacon, and the RE was talking about MY diet.
He is such a ham (pardon the pun).

First TTC Journey:
- Failed attempts at clomid with OB - HSG with OB, nothing found - Met with RE. Laparoscopy/Hysteroscopy done on 08/04/2014. Results: Hymenal stenosis, minimal endometriosis, and PCOS
He has been so incredibly supportive with coming to my appointments (and his command has been great too). Last night he asked over and over if I needed him to come to my CD3 bloodwork today. I had to really stress that it was just bloodwork, nothing big, but he really, really wanted to make sure I didn't need him there.
Also, and this is really dorky, but when I am really sad or crying, he will tell the dog to "Go to mommy" and then he will put on this silly voice and have the dog 'talk' to me about being sad. It always makes me laugh.

Nothing huge, but little things here and there show how much he cares. He spent my entire birthday weekend (last weekend) cleaning the house with me because I wanted to get our Spring cleaning done as my gift. He always gives me hugs and support even when he doesn't quite get why I'm so upset about other people shoving their pregnancies in my face. He's just a very sweet man in general. I am so thankful for that.

Awww that is really sweet! My DH hasn't done anything specific lately but he is amazingly understanding and so supportive. It's crazy because even though we have been through so much hurt this year our love just gets stronger, that's the silver lining I suppose
