I have a check-up and doing my GBS swab today. I'm a little embarrassed to admit that I am actually really nervous about how invasive my midwife is going to get with the swabbing.

I've read some people they just swab outside of two openings, and some people have said they actually insert the swab a little bit into your bum. I know it's not a big deal either way and will be over fast but I still can't get over this irrational nervousness!

How the heck am I going to have a baby if I'm letting this silly swab bug me out?

Regular ob appt and gbs test. Doc is also going to check for and dialation. I'd opt out of being checked but curiosity is getting the best of me

32 week check everything is great! Baby is already head down and nuzzled good in there which explains all my discomfort and lightening vag! Go in two weeks for 34 week check and growth ultrasound then it's once a week!

I have a check up in about 30 min, first time starting at the "every 2 weeks" thing. Hoping for no infection and hoping that my cervix is still closed, I have had severe contractions and cramping for 3 days straight so I am hoping it is just a growth spurt!

Check up was great! Even my weight was great! Of course LO did the running away from the doppler thing. Eventually there will be no more room to run, LO!

Had my NST and appt today at 10 am. NST went great. BP was normal (yay!) and Dr said my weight gain is perfect as well. I will be getting a growth ultrasound on Monday and I can't wait to see how big she is now!

Had my NST. His heart rate was good but he was snoozing so they had to buzz him. Then he was everywhere. Of course I freaked and made a movie in my mind of something being wrong. The MFM doc thought everything was perfect.

After my OB expressed her concerns for my low weight gain and potential difficulties with our lil one, we had our growth ultrasound today and she is right on track actually weighing at the too if the average! Things are very cramped in there so no decent photos but wow, what a relief. 33week appointment on Monday!

Boys are estimated at 3lbs13oz and 4lbs at 32w5d! Big boys! Doc says everything is going super well, which makes me very happy to hear of course!

Shocking appt today! Im dilated to 2 and cervix is 'drastically thinner' than last week. OB is convinced Im going to be about 2 weeks early! Which is two weeks from yesterday! Holy crap, holy crap, holy crap, holy crap... So looks like I need to install my carseat and pack my hospital bag! Woo-hoo!!
