I haven't done this in a couple of weeks and after over a week of rain, cooped up in the house with my kiddos, I'd love to hear what is going AMAZING for everyone.

It's my DH and I's 1st Anniversary this weekend - so that's nice.

The best of today for me = My husband got a call that he is moving onto the next stage with a Department he really wants to work for this morning! He is so excited because this means his career opportunities will drastically increase; and I am so proud of him.

He currently works at a little city department with 13 officers total from the Chief down. He will never have the opportunity for promotion and they have no "specialty" assignments (drug squad, K-9, etc). This new job would be with a county Sheriff's department and he will at least have the opportunity to do something different than just road patrol.

Thank you! We love it as well, but have gotten so many varying reactions. His first birthday cake, the words were written in pink frosting because they thought it was a girl's name. People think we made it up . . . when it's a freaking book in the Bible. My SIL made very derogatory ethnic comments about it. It's been very interesting.

After today, I'm done with my finals! This was my first semester back to finish my degree after 7 years off, and it went really well! Also, the farmers market in our town starts back this weekend. We live just about a mile away from where it's held, and walk there every Saturday morning to get all kinds of goodies.

I celebrate boring with you! There is nothing wrong with being excited to come home to a comfortable evening. I'm jealous though, I had to reschedule my a/s from tomorrow to next Friday!

I'm right there with you. One of my favorite parts of the day is curled up on the couch with DH watching Big Bang Theory. Just nice to spend that time together!

DH did have a lunch interview two days ago. It went well so he has another interview next week!

I feel boring as well! The best part of my day yesterday was after having bad back and side cramps (still think its gas...sigh) DH did the dishes, covered me with a blanked on the couch and asked if he could get me ice cream haha.

Overall pretty cool though. Today the back and pelvis arent sore, but the bloating is still there BLAH. So best part of today so far was an old man in the office building I work for, who Ive never met, told me I looked beautiful. Strange but nice.

Yesterday I woke up to 50 degree torrential downpours. Today it's 75 and sunny. Bizarre, but I'll take it!

Mrs.Leah.Maria MMason12 my SS is also named Ezra. I'm continually baffled by how people can mangle the name. It's only 4 letters!!!!! Now that he's older he loves the individuality of it.

When I called to make his first pedi appt, they couldn't get it and kept repeating Czra back to me. I said, no E as in Echo or Elephant. She just couldn't understand and I'll never forget the look on the nurse's face when she called us back with Czra. I explained it was Ezra and she still looked at me like it wasn't much better. I mean, if I was going to go with Czra, I might as well just go with Czar and liken him to a king.

Thats awesome. Congrats...such a good feeling. When we bought our first house, we were trying to get a short sale, when the sale was a week from closing (after almost a year) the deal fell through because of a mold issue we didnt know about. After that we lost in a bidding war on 2 other houses, before we finally got the one we are in now. Congrats again!

My anatomy scan is also tomorrow @bmwaters2121‌ and @ArkansasMom22‌. Also my 30th birthday is Saturday. We will be finding out the sex with family and a few close friends for my birthday party but no one knows that yet!! Soo excited!

Nice to hear the good things happening with all the ladies!

After 8 months of doing a job in the interim I got the promotion, ready to do a new job after 12 years in the same department, but I get to keep all my benefits because I still work in the same place.

It is beautiful outside after 4 inches of rain in the area over the past two days.

And one of my dreams is happening we will have a pool in our backyard by the beginning of July. I can't wait.

We're having a random hot and sunny day here (almost 90!) After nap, we're going to pull out the kiddie pool and sprinkler and have popsicles in the backyard. I'm trying really hard not to be negative about the heat, especially because it'll be back to days of rain and cooler temperatures on Saturday.

This post is so nice to read! I've had a much better day than usual. Was on the phone with AT&T for an hour this morning trying to figure out some charges and they ended up giving me a bunch of credits for the inconvenience! Then it was on to insurance phone calls to figure out all these ultrasounds I've been getting and coverage, I ended up qualifying for a pregnancy program that sends you a $75 check each trimester if you keep up healthy habits (prenatals, no drinking/smoking -duhh!)! And PLUS I just got home from the grocery store so I have so many options for dinner =D>

For some reason I was dead tired today. I don't think I ever truly woke up today, but I had to be productive and force myself to got a ton of stuff done today. By 4pm I crashed and needed to lay down on the couch and my girls snuggled up with me and were showering me with hugs and kisses and rubbing my belly and singing songs to my belly. After a while we were all giggly and silly. It was just the best! They warm my heart so much! They make a long tiring blah day so worth it and managed to turn my mood around!
